Hello!

I've decided I'm going to automate everything in my life. Brushing my teeth will be a challenging design problem, but it will be worth it. Open my mouth and let the fish nibble.

I'll just start with an enormous pack of bottles by my bed so I never forget to drink water.

I'm working my way through Accelerando. The great Manfred Macx wouldn't let writer's block stand in his way. Nor would the lobsters.

People on LessWrong called the book a "positive vision of us muddling through AI-takeoff". I have a feeling the activists I had a beer with last night would be horrified by it. The chaos of that future is what I personally find most exciting. No one wants a boring dystopia.

Have you heard of those people who genetically engineered the bacteria in their mouths to not give them cavities? Yes.

More time to spend watching the people in this cafe watch other people in the cafe.

Don't forget to be kind to lobsters <3
