New York Pizza (adjusted)

For the dough:
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cups bread flour

Combine all ingredients in the order listed above. Knead. Let it rise. 

Sauce: Mostly tomato puree. Add olive oil, lime juice, MSG, half an onion maybe (finely chopped). Oh and a ton of garlic. 

Top with a bunch of veggies. I recommend artichoke, olives, mushrooms. 

Bake at whatever your oven's highest temperature is (6-15 min). 

Add oregano at the very end. 

Pizza may be a bit soggy if you used too much sauce.
